The Benefits of Peanut Butter Powder (PB2) Versus Store Brand Natural Peanut Butter

PB2 contains an average of 90% less fat and 70% fewer calories than store brand natural peanut butter. PB2 is made by pressing the natural oils out of roasted peanuts. The nuts are then crushed into a fine powder.

There are 190 cals, 16 g of fat and 7 g of protein in 2 tablespoons of regular peanut butter. PB2 contains 60 cals, 1.5 g of fat and 6 g of protein per 2 tablespoons. PB2 is an excellent source of fiber and protein without all of the chemicals and fillers found in commercial peanut butter. It is kosher, vegan and non-GMO.
